Pregnancy marks the beginning of a new life. It is a very important time for women to feel beautiful and elegant, and it is my primary goal to make sure that images will project the inner glow and femininity that all “moms to be” have. At ProPhoto by MK Studio we make sure that you will get a personalized approach and heartfelt experience. I spend a lot of time working on perfecting every little detail, for you will fall in love with the final product. In today’s modern world most clients prefer digital files, and those are always included with your session, but you also have an option to add beautiful prints, albums and canvases to compliment your session!
I gladly recommend most beautiful and scenic spots around Philadelphia and suburbs depending on your location and preferences. During the session, you can relax and have a wonderful time – you will walk around, laugh and have fun. As the result, you will get creative and happy images – an array of both candid and a gently posed ones!

When should I book my maternity session?
Generally, it is recommended to have your maternity photo session sometime between 29th and 35th week of your pregnancy. Scheduling too early may not show “enough” belly, and scheduling too late could get complicated – you don’t know exactly when your baby will decide to come, plus its better to leave last couple of weeks for yourself, so you could be at ease and get ready for the baby’s arrival.
Your maternity session could take place on location, at our studio in Huntingdon Valley, PA, or at the comfort of your home. We will gladly provide recommendations for any of above, such as nearby scenic spots, best time for the session, etc.

What should i wear to the maternity session?
As with any other session we highly recommend solid colors or subtle prints. Nothing too busy that can detract attention from your belly or your face. Tight fitting clothing is better because it will show off your beautiful curves! Having multiple outfits is nice to get a wider variety of photos. Many ideas could be found on Pinterest.
